Booking and Appointment Guidelines

-Late Arrival/No Show Policy:

To ensure quality service for all clients, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

• If a change or cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment, I may not have availability to reschedule, and you may lose your deposit.

• If you fail to show up without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may be declined.

-I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, and please, no children are allowed in the salon either
